The game features frequent, bloody, strong violence especially in respect of the effect of weapons on zombies. Limbs and heads can be shot off resulting in copious blood fx depending on the type of weapon used. The gore ensures that the game must be an 18 minimum. The game also contains infrequent use of the expletive ‘fucking’
